All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All orders from our shopping cart will be delivered to your chosen address within 10 working days, and for security, will be delivered via registered post or courier. Depending on the size of your order and your location within Australia, delivery charges will generally be in the range of $12.00-$15.00. An accurate cost will be provided to you on receipt of your order. International order delivery charges will be costed on an order by order basis but will generally be in the range of $20, and international customers will be responsible for local taxes and charges.
We will contact you immediately if the product you have ordered is not in stock, and let you know when you can expect delivery. Our products are meticulously handmade from sustainable businesses overseas, so our orders can take a number of weeks to complete and arrive into Australia. We can discuss options with you at the time.
Our Company wants nothing more than for you to be happy with your unique purchase. Our business partners who hand make our products, have strict quality control procedures, as we do here in Australia, that are followed through on all finished products. This is to ensure that all goods arrive to you in perfect condition. But if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please just send the item back to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, via registered mail or express post. Pending product availability, we will immediately resend a new product to you.
