Every year the story gets retold. This year, it can sit right there on your mantelpiece while it does. Our handmade felt Nativity Set brings the whole scene to life in soft, undyed wool tones: the Holy Family, the Three Wise Men, shepherds and more, each one stitched by hand.

A Full Cast, All Handmade

This set includes 11 hand stitched felt figures: the Three Wise Men, baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph, an angel, a shepherd, sheep, and two donkeys, plus a felt stable that doubles as a storage box so the whole scene packs away safely until next December.

Handmade, Not Mass Produced

Every figure is hand stitched from 100% wool felt by artisan women in Nepal, using traditional needle felting techniques passed down through generations. Small variations from figure to figure are normal. Mary's expression, the Wise Men's gifts, the shepherd's robes: every detail is shaped by hand, not moulded.

Every purchase supports stable, fairly paid work for the women who make it. Pashom works directly with our artisan team in Nepal, so this set carries a bit more meaning than something off a factory line.
