At PASHOM our goal is to provide to you an exceptional service, combined with an exceptional product. All our products are Fairly Traded and handmade/handwoven by women artisans from ethical/sustainable businesses that rely on our and your continued support for their businesses viability. They take immense pride in their work, and want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy with the product you are purchasing.
Refund / Exchange policy
Our Company wants nothing more than for you to be happy with your unique purchase. Our artisans who hand make our products, have strict quality control procedures, as we do here in Australia, that are followed through on all finished products. This is to ensure that all goods arrive to you in perfect condition. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please just send the item back to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, via registered mail or express post to PASHOM RETURNS, PO Box 1572, Dee Why NSW, Australia, 2099. Pending product availability, we will immediately resend a new product to you or refund your money. Please note: Postage/ shipping and handling of products is not refundable.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Pashom cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.
